Renowned neurosurgeon Ben Carson is the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, appointed by President Donald Trump.
Ben Carson was born in Detroit, Michigan, on September 18, 1951. Carson went from being a bad student to getting scholastic honors and eventually participating in medical college. As a physician, he became director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Health center at age 33 and also earned fame for his innovative job separating conjoined twins.
